MyGov is currently inviting applications for the position of Researcher on a contractual basis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all government schemes, policies, and decisions, and understand their historical and cross-sectoral contexts.
• Conduct independent, source-driven research on policy, economic and geopolitical issues, including rapid-response assignments.
• Produce concise and accurate reports, policy briefs, briefing notes, articles and other written material for senior audiences.
• Create clear and engaging charts, infographics, creatives and visual briefs to communicate complex research, data and key insights effectively.
• Review and analyze media coverage, public opinion surveys, and expert opinions from subject matter experts and government representatives on a daily basis.
• Conduct rigorous fact-checking of claims, statistics and historical assertions using credible and primary sources wherever possible.
