Education Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science/IT, Management, Business Analysis, or a related field.
Experience
• Proven 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale IT/e-Governance, digital public platforms, government initiatives, or youth/skill-development focused projects.
• Mandatory hands-on experience using AI-powered tools for requirements gathering, elicitation, and documentation. Examples include:
o Generative AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot for drafting user stories, BRDs/FRDs, acceptance criteria, and summarizing stakeholder inputs.
o Specialized AI copilots such as Copilot4DevOps, aqua AI Copilot, or Jama Connect Advisor for automated extraction of requirements from voice notes, meeting transcripts, emails, surveys, and raw feedback.
o NLP-driven tools (e.g., integrated in Modern Requirements4DevOps or similar) to identify ambiguities, gaps, redundancies, and generate structured requirements from unstructured data.
