Responsibilities of Senior Consultant

1) Implementation of DIKSHA .
2) Collaboration with centre, states as well as education ecosystem partners for the implementation of solutions catering to NEP 2020 priority areas.
3) Design, guide, and coordinate solution(s) for tracking achievement of Foundational literacy and numeracy for every child in the country.
4) Help central and state government senior officials define strategies and translate their vision into concrete programs/solutions by leveraging NDEAR building blocks and reference solutions.
5) Apply deep school education sector expertise when building and deploying NDEAR solutions taking central and state contexts and cares into account.
6) Lead development of standardized evaluation tools for assessments and define key parameters to monitor learning loss in states as well as at a national level.

DIKSHA: DIKSHA is a national digital infrastructure for knowledge sharing focussing on school education in India. It is being used by 33 states and UTs across the country, as well as CBSE and NCERT, for running their digital education initiatives.
