Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for large-scale digital platforms serving millions of users
- Translate national/enterprise-level goals into product requirements, features, and measurable outcomes
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, operations, and support teams (100+ member organizations) to deliver product roadmaps on time
- Drive product adoption and scale-up strategies, including onboarding journeys and user retention initiatives
- Define and monitor key product metrics (adoption, usage, reliability, retention) and use data to prioritize the roadmap
- Ensure product reliability and seamless user experience during high-traffic, mission-critical events
- Drive Agile product delivery practices and continuous improvement in time-to-market
- Lead stakeholder management across government bodies, ministries, institutions, clients, and vendors to align product direction with policy and business needs
- Champion AI-enabled product features to enhance user experience and internal productivity
- Collaborate with security and engineering teams to ensure product design meets governance, privacy, and Zero Trust security requirements
