Roles and Responsibilities of Senior Product Manager/Tech Team Lead
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring it reflects customer needs and business goals.
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Create detailed product specifications and user stories.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters.
- Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform product decisions.
- Conduct regular user testing and incorporate findings into product iterations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success.
- Monitor product performance and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- Continuously seek ways to improve product effectiveness and customer satisfaction and clients.
