Position: Senior Researcher

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in political science, public administration, economics, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.

Experience: 4-5 years of experience

Responsibilities of Senior Researcher

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all government schemes, policies, and decisions, and understand their historical and cross-sectoral contexts.
• Utilize strong data analysis and interpretation skills to extract meaningful insights and trends from various sources.
• Create visual aids such as charts, diagrams, infographics, creatives, and videos to communicate complex data effectively and engagingly.
• Demonstrate excellent writing skills to create compelling and accurate reports, articles, and other written materials.
• Adapt to an agile work environment with regular interactions with ministries, departments, and other stakeholders.
• Review and analyze media coverage, public opinion surveys, and expert opinions from subject matter experts and government representatives on a daily basis.
• Conduct thorough fact-checking to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all information and data presented.
