Qualification: Graduate or diploma holder from a recognized university in India or abroad.
Experience: 3-4 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Have strong copywriting, copy editing and written communication skills.
• Create, curate and manage all published content (images, video and written).
• Prepare Social Media campaign calendar plans.
• Ability to work with deadlines and adjust to changes in priorities for social media plans.
• Ability to articulate a vision, strategy or idea clearly.
• Fluency with understanding social media metrics, advertisements, social media trends, reporting and analytics.
• Expertise in using social media management apps, and social media management tools.
• Extra credit will be given for specialized domain knowledge/experience in the area of international affairs.
• Ideate, plan, and write authentic, well-researched content for tweets, infographics, and short-form videos across all social media platforms, with inputs from other teams and the CEO.
• Ensure high audience engagement through excellent creative writing skills.
• Create engaging content targeting young audiences.
• Have good knowledge of government schemes
• Implement best SEO practices and understand social media metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion rates).
• Utilize smart communication techniques to boost engagement.
• Maintain strict standards for fact-checking and writing – we are zero-false information, zero-grammatical error organization.
