Responsibilities:
i. Define, implement, and maintain the overall cybersecurity architecture and policy framework for the MY Bharat platform
ii. Ensure compliance with CERT-In, MeitY, ISO 27001, and NCIIPC cybersecurity guidelines
iii. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing (VAPT), and risk assessments across the entire stack (frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, APIs)
iv. Oversee security audits, threat modeling, and code reviews for secure software development lifecycle (SDLC)
v. Lead response to security incidents, including detection, containment, investigation, mitigation, and reporting
vi. Collaborate with DevOps to implement secure CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and runtime protection mechanisms
vii. Manage access control systems, identity federation (e.g., Keycloak), and authentication mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth 2.0)
viii. Guide the implementation of data encryption standards (AES-256, TLS), cloud security best practices, and network firewalls
ix. Ensure regular backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity testing
x. Train internal teams and vendors on cybersecurity awareness and enforce adherence to policies
xi. Stay current with emerging threats, attack vectors, and global best practices in cybersecurity.
