Digital India Corporation is inviting applications for the position of Sr. Data Analyst purely on Contract/ Consolidated basis

Responsibilities:

i. Design and oversee data workflows that adhere to DPDP Act, ensuring privacy-by-design, data minimization, secure processing, and fulfillment of Data Principal rights
ii. Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources including RDS, DynamoDB, and Redshift.
iii. Design and build real-time, interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Redash, Power BI, or Tableau.
iv. Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate platform performance, user engagement, and impact metrics.
v. Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
vi. Develop automated scripts and queries to support routine and ad hoc reporting.
vii. Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams to ensure efficient data flow, storage, and transformation processes.
viii. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in compliance with organizational standards.
ix. Support UX and product teams by providing insights on user behavior and feature adoption.
x. Contribute to UX audit, feature evaluation, and module optimization through behavioral and performance data.
xi. Mentor junior analysts and promote a data-driven culture across teams.
