MyGov is looking for Sr. WordPress Developer to join our team who would be responsible for building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications, experience designing and developing responsive design websites.

Qualification: B. Tech/MCA or Equivalent
Experience: 8-12 years

Roles & Responsibilities

• Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers.
• Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages.
• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development.
• Able to develop custom modules.
• Design, implement and manage websites using WordPress.
• Manage front-end and back-end website development.
• Create WordPress plug-ins and themes.
• Maintain well-documented, reusable, and transferrable code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website problems for clients and co-workers.
• Stay abreast of new developments in software, trends, and practices.
• Proficient in WordPress, including custom module development, key contributed modules and core API.
• Experience with MySQL Databases, RESTful API Services and formats (JSON, XML), AJAX, HTML, React Javascript/jQuery, CSS etc.
• Working knowledge of MySql, NoSQL, Elastic Search, MongoDB etc.
