Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle user queries and support tickets
• Provide first-level troubleshooting support
• Assist interns and NHAI users in portal operations
• Maintain logs of incidents and resolutions
• Escalate technical issues to relevant teams
• Support operational activities during internship cycles.
