Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
- Review application architecture and recommend technical improvements
- Ensure coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines are followed
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Optimize application performance and database queries
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of software developers
- Assign tasks and monitor project progress
- Conduct daily stand-up meetings and sprint planning
- Mentor, coach, and support team members
- Review team performance and provide constructive feedback
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new developers
Project Delivery
- Estimate project timelines and resource requirements
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Identify risks and proactively resolve blockers
- Maintain project documentation and technical specifications
Quality Assurance
- Ensure software quality through testing and code reviews
- Promote CI/CD practices and automated deployments
- Monitor production issues and coordinate fixes
- Follow secure development lifecycle practices
