Position: Technical Architect

Job Summary:
Technical Architect is responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of scalable, efficient, and secure technology solutions that align with business goals. They work closely with stakeholders, including software developers, product managers, and business leaders, to ensure that technical decisions support long-term objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Technology Strategy & Roadmap: Define and implement technology strategies, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Architecture Design: Develop high-level architecture for applications, systems, and infrastructure, ensuring scalability and security.
• Solution Development: Guide the development team in implementing best practices, design patterns, and frameworks.
• Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship to engineers and ensure adherence to coding standards and architecture principles.
• System Integration: Oversee API design, microservices architecture, and integration of various platforms and services.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability through efficient system design.
• Security & Compliance: Implement best practices for security, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Code Reviews & Quality Assurance: Establish coding guidelines, conduct reviews, and ensure software quality.
• Emerging Technologies & Innovation: Stay updated with new technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.

Educational Qualifications:
Basic: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related fields from a recognized university/institute.
Preferred: Master’s degree in IT management or related fields from a recognized university/institute.
