Digital India Corporation is currently inviting applications for the following positions purely on Contract/ Consolidated basis for Poshan Tracker project.

Position Overview:

The Technical Lead will serve as the principal technology architect and engineering authority for the Poshan Tracker platform under the Digital India Corporation (DIC). Working closely with the Programme Manager, the Technical Lead will drive platform architecture, cloud operations, security, DevOps, AI/ML integration, data governance, and overall technical delivery quality across all vendor teams.
This role demands hands-on architectural strength, deep cloud expertise, and the ability to guide multi-disciplinary development teams operating at national scale.

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science/IT (full-time).
• 10–15 years of experience in software engineering, platform architecture, or large-scale digital system delivery.
• Proven experience as:
o Technical Architect
o Solution Architect
o Senior Engineering Manager
o SRE/DevOps Leader (in large deployments)
• Strong hands-on knowledge of:
o Cloud (NIC, AWS, Azure, GCP)
o Microservices architecture
o DevOps toolchains
o API frameworks
o Security hardening
o Observability tooling
• Experience working with government systems or public-sector digital platforms.
