Digital India Corporation is inviting applications for the position of Technology Head purely on Contract/ Consolidated basis

Roles & Responsibilities:

i. Define and drive the technical architecture using a modular and microservices-based approach.
ii. Lead development across web (React JS), mobile (React Native), and backend (Laravel PHP) systems.
iii. Manage cloud infrastructure and ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
iv. Implement DevOps best practices for CI/CD using Jenkins, Git, Docker, and AWS pipelines etc.
v. Set up monitoring and alerting systems using ELK Stack and OpenSearch.
vi. Oversee user authentication and security using Keycloak, JWT, and AES-256.
vii. Coordinate portal migration activities to transition the existing platform to the new architecture with minimal disruption.
viii. Lead a technical team responsible for feature development, system upgrades, and maintenance.
ix. Work with stakeholders to prioritize requirements, translate them into technical tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
x. Ensure compliance with MeitY guidelines and other government security and data policies.
xi. Manage technology teams to execute AI features/modules, overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring timely delivery of technical solutions.
xii. Ensure successful project delivery, risk mitigation, and adherence to timelines through robust project management processes.
xiii. Deliver regular updates and reports to senior leadership ensuring transparency in project progress and outcomes.
xiv. Foster a collaborative work environment by managing, mentoring, and developing the technology team to enhance their technical capabilities.
