Name of the post: UI/UX Designer
Number of Positions: 01

Education Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design /visual communication/design related creative studies or any graduate with diploma/certification in UI/UX .
• Minimum 3 years of experience in preferred skill.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into intuitive designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to visualize the user journey.
• Ensure seamless interaction between design and functionality through frontend development.
• Maintain consistency in UI components and design patterns.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices to enhance usability.

Required Skill Set
• Solid portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.
• Experience in designing web and mobile applications.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of usability testing and user research methods.

Desirable Skill Set
• Strong understanding of design principles and user experience methodologies.
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe XD, Figma).
• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Ability to create engaging, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.
