Digital India Corporation is inviting applications for the position of UX Designer purely on Contract/ Consolidated basis

Responsibilities:

i. Conduct comprehensive UX audits of existing MY Bharat modules to identify Usability issues, Inconsistencies and Opportunities for improvement
ii. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather user needs and convert them into User journeys, Wireframes and mockups, Interactive prototypes
iii. Design seamless experiences for Web platforms (React JS) and Mobile platforms (React Native)
iv. Perform design validation through User research, A/B testing, Usability testing and Heuristic evaluations
v. Develop and maintain User personas, Journey maps and UX documentation
vi. Establish and maintain design consistency through Reusable UI components and standardized design systems
vii. Ensure all designs follow WCAG accessibility guidelines, Responsive and inclusive design principles
viii. Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product teams to ensure Accurate and high-quality implementation of designs
ix. Monitor post-launch user behavior to Collect feedback, Iterate and improve the user experience
x. Stay updated on latest UX/UI trends, tools, and techniques and Innovations relevant to government platforms and citizen-centric services
