Digital India Corporation/BHASHINI Division is currently inviting applications for the position of Young Professional: Legal on a purely contractual basis.

Responsibilities

• Support drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, MoUs, and other legal documents, while assisting in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies
• Assist in legal research, regulatory analysis, and documentation across areas such as contract law, compliance, intellectual property, and employment matters, and support in identifying and mitigating legal risks
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide legal inputs for projects and initiatives, support ongoing legal matters, and contribute to documentation, coordination, and timely execution of legal processes
• Knowledge of the DPDP Act would be an added advantage
• Assisting managers in tracking and supporting daily legal tasks
