Lakhpati Didi is a key outcome of the Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana – National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM) by the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD). A Lakhpati Didi is a Self-Help Group(SHG) member who has achieved an annual household income of over One Lakh who not only reached financial milestones but also inspired others by embracing sustainable livelihood practices and improving their quality of life. The Lakhpati initiative fosters diverse livelihood activities by Convergence through Ministries and Private sector partnerships with a focus on strategic planning, implementation, and monitoring.
