POSHAN Tracker is the flagship ICT application of the Ministry of Women and Child Development under Saksham Anganwadi and POSHAN 2.0, designed to strengthen nutrition service delivery and monitoring across the country. It enables real-time tracking of Anganwadi Centres, beneficiaries, and nutrition-related services through a mobile application and centralized dashboard. The platform supports evidence-based planning by providing data on growth monitoring, supplementary nutrition, infrastructure, and service delivery. It enhances transparency, accountability, and informed decision-making through data-driven monitoring and reporting.
