UMANG app is conceptualized by the National e-Governance Division (NeGD), MeitY, Government of India to improve ease of living by putting the power in the hands of citizens, to avail major government services anytime, anywhere with just a few clicks on a single unified mobile application. UMANG is a step towards the goal of less government and more governance. The app has many features that make it a convenient and user-friendly platform for accessing government services. It is available on both Android and iOS devices, and provides a single platform for citizens to access various government services, including services related to pension, employment, education, health, agriculture, and more.
