What We Do

Digital India Corporation (DIC) leads and guides in realizing the vision, objectives and goals of the Digital India program. It provides the strategic support to Ministries/Departments of Centre/States for carrying forward the mission of Digital India by way of Capacity Building for e-Governance projects, promoting best practices, encouraging Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), nurturing innovation and technology in various domains.

Digital Infrastructure

The Digital Infrastructure developed by DIC aims to bridge the gap between the government and citizens while eliminating intermediaries and empowering citizens with safe and secure digital platforms for day-to-day use.

The intervention of technology and innovation has been leveraged to bring about Government services at the fingertips of the citizens of the country, ensuring comfort, convenience, and ease of access.

Health

Health integration plays a pivotal role in promoting a holistic approach to healthcare and nutrition services. The healthcare system is developed with the objective of improving health-seeking behavior and empowering the community in self-assessment, as well as self-referral, to prevent avoidable health risks.

Developing digital public infrastructure and goods for health is also one of the major focus areas of DIC, which includes the development of portals and platforms for core medical departments, as well as creating knowledge and awareness about Ayush for improving lifestyle and well-being.
