The division is entrusted with a crucial mission to augment of the competency requirements of the Government officers of Central line Ministries & State/UT, which help for the speedy implementation of the Digital India transformative initiatives.
Chic- CAD Plus
Chic™ CAD PLUS is an open source software which can be used by the artisans in making 2D designs (like Embroidery, Chikankari, Painting work, etc.)
DigiBunai
DigiBunai™ aid’s the weavers to create digital artwork and translate the saree design to be loaded to the looms. DigiBunai™ is the first of its kind Open Source software for Jacquard and dobby weaving.

DigiDrishti is a digital eye care delivery system consist of mobile applications for citizen and vision guardians and a web-based teleophthalmology system for optometrists and ophthalmologists.
DigiLocker
DigiLocker aims at ‘Digital Empowerment’ of citizen by providing access to authentic digital documents to citizen’s digital document wallet. The issued documents in DigiLocker system are deemed to be at par with original physical documents as per Rule 9A of the Information Technology.

IndiaHandmade
IndiaHandmade is an initiative of the Ministry of Textiles to showcase the work of rural Artisans & Weavers. The main motive behind this online e-commerce portal is to showcase some of the world’s oldest and most traditional crafts of India.
Kisan Sarathi
The project has been taken up in partnership with Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) with an objective to facilitate farmers by providing location specific ‘Demand Based Tele Agriculture Advisories’ in their local languages though the KrishiVigyanKendras (KVKs).

NCW Women Helpline
NCW Women Helpline is intended to provide Digital Complaint Registration System for women affected by violence through referral (Linking with appropriate authority such as police, One Stop Centre, hospital) and providing information about women related government programs across the country. This Women Helpline is being operated from the premises of the National Commission for Women, New Delhi.
NCW Women Safety Audit Platform
The objective of the project is to design and development of a data collection / market survey platform (web & mobile app) intended to be used by surveyors of the identified institution for conducing survey for NCW and to facilitate maintenance and technical support for the survey platform.
NCW- Her Legal Guide App
NCW- Her Legal Guide Application focuses on various rights and statutes pertaining to women in India. The App will legally empower women with just a click. This Mobile App will act as a new friend of women in difficult situations and will aware them about their rights. It also contains details about the helplines pertaining to women.
OpenForge
OpenForge is Government of India’s platform for open collaborative development of e-governance applications. Through this platform, the government wants to promote the use of open source software and promote sharing and reuse of e-governance related source code.
